Rough Beats Festival Terms & Conditions
1. Admission to the Festival is only permitted with a valid ticket.
2. Duplicate tickets will not be issued in any circumstances.
3. The following are not permitted to be brought onto the Festival site: glass containers, drinking glasses, bicycles, push scooters, knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, laser pens, illegal substances, Chinese lanterns, flags on flag poles (except those kept within the designated camping areas) or barbecues anywhere other than the designated camping areas, and raised off the ground). We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Festival or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue.
4. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with any reasonable requests from the Festival.
5. We reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time, and to refuse admission or eject persons from the Festival should such security searches be refused. No refunds will be given on refusal of entry or ejection due to non-compliant behaviour.
6. No animals are allowed onto the Festival site, except Guide Dogs.
7. Children under the age of 18 will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult, and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
8. Proof of age will be required at point of entry and at bars. Please bring Photo ID. Challenge 21 policy is used at Rough Beats Festival.
9. Alcohol and food are not permitted to be taken into the performance arenas. Licensed bars and food outlets are available in these areas.
10. We reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme / timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
11. Video or audio recording of artists is prohibited without express permission of the Festival organisers.
12. Ticket holders aged 18+ consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival.
13. Camping at the Festival is permitted only within the designated areas, and with possession of a valid ticket.
14. Vehicles are parked at owner's own risk.
15. No parking other than in the designated car park. You may be refused entry if you have parked elsewhere without permission. Vehicles parked outside of the designated parking zone, including on public highways, may be removed.
16. The Festival can take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of any kind.

In the event of cancellation by the Event Organiser (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Event’s control) the face value of the Ticket will be refunded. It remains the Purchaser’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
By purchasing the tickets under these terms and conditions, the purchaser warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, will not be transferred or resold and is not purchased for any form of business or commercial activity.
